Maca (also known as Peruvian Ginseng or Lepidium Meyenii) is a biennial (or perennial) plant of the pepper genus, included in the Brassicaceae family. Its flowers appear in small groups and grow at the base of the plant. Nevertheless, it is not its leaves or flowers, but the root that is considered the most valuable element. It is characterized by a yellowish, creamy, red, purple or light gray color.

Ingredients: Organic maca powder (Lepidium meyenii - Walp. root)

Description: After harvesting, the organic matzo root is selected and cleaned, then ground and dried in the sun.

How to use: It is recommended to consume 5 g a day, dissolved in water or your favorite drink.
